John and I have known each other for 22 years. Yes, 22. We met at IBM. We both were recent college graduates and eager to learn about the corporate world and to receive that first paycheck we had worked so hard for all those years. We worked on the same team and we became fast friends. The team we were on was a very close knit team. Over time through lunches, drinks after work and fun parties, our friendship grew. We even went on a few dates at that time.

Fast Forward to years and years later. He found me on Facebook and well, the rest is history. We have become even better friends than before. We are older and wiser now. We have "had some life" as John says. Yes, we have John. We are looking forward to our next journey as Husband and Wife. Here's to another 22 plus years!
